A note to visitors: The old world spelling of our
family surname is Belśa.
Our family comes from the Virovitica area of what is today the
Dalmatian region of Croatia. Although no known link exists
between our family and those of the Belsha surname found in
Illinois, east Texas, Louisiana and Kentucky during the late 1700's
and on up to today, we are always interested in pursuing new information.
